TERMS OF SHOPPING
Terms of shopping define procedure of making order, payment, delivery and return of goods offered on VolimLjuto.com web site. By making order user accepts current terms which are written on this page. VolimLjuto.com reserves the right to change terms of shopping and we are not responsible for any grammar or other errors in product or service description.
Goods are ordered via web shop. If some of the products are currently not available we will contact buyer via email he/she left during order process and make exchange with another product that is available or make a refund.
DELIVERY AND COMPLAINTS
Ordered goods are packaged in a way that they won’t be damaged or broken by usual delivery and transport. Customer is obliged to check outer package during delivery and in case of any damages inform the delivery service employee right away.
If damage on the package is not visible from outside, but some or all content of the package is damaged or destroyed user should make three photos of the package as follows:
- Picture of outer package.
- Picture of inner packaging with products inside.
- Picture of damaged / destroyed goods.
Pictures along with order number and description of damage should be sent to email firstname.lastname@example.org in up to 48 hours after receiving damaged goods so we could reimburse customer.
Goods will not be sent if payment hasn’t been made.
GLS delivery service (EU)
We use GLS delivery service to send goods to all of EU countries. This is fastest and best way of delivery. Prices for delivery to certain countries are shown during checkout.
We offer free delivery based on order amount per country as follows:
- Croatia: 20 euro
- Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia: 35 euro
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland: 50 euro
- Bulgaria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Romania, United Kingdom (UK): 55 euro
- Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden: 95 euro
- Portugal, Spain: 100 euro
Free delivery prices may slightly vary due to conversion rate.
Postal delivery (rest of the world)
Delivery is possible for other countries outside EU. Contact us via email to find out price for delivery in your country. We cannot guarantee delivery outside of EU or reimburse customers in case of damage to the package.
Direct bank transfer (Croatia only)
We accept direct bank transfer only for customers from Croatia because of the bank transfer expenses which are sometimes more expensive than the value of complete order.
For EU and rest of the world we only accept Paypal payment which is considered to be one of the most secure payment methods on the internet.
All product prices are defined in Croatian kuna which is the local currency and then they are converted to Euro value according to current conversion rate and rounded.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Customer has right to cancel his order in any time before payment or receiving the package. If customer wishes to cancel order after the package is already sent, customer has right to reject the package on delivery without any additional costs. If contents of the package does not match the order customer can return the package without any additional costs. Customer has right to receive refund for his order in 14 days after receiving the package.
Products that customer is returning to seller must not be used, must be packaged in original packaging with all parts and not damaged. Customer also must enclose invoice that came with the order.
Customer has to fill following form and enclose it with returned products: Return form.
If customer does not complain in 14 days after receiving the package it is considered that customer is satisfied with the products delivered.
All complaint should be done via e-mail address: email@example.com
In case that complaint is justified seller will return funds that customer payed for the ordered products.
Ba EU regulation from 15.02.2016. you can resolve any disputes about online shoping on ODR platform. Platform can be used by both, sellers and customers.

Volim Ljuto j.d.o.o. and any other third party which is connected to us cannot guarantee for accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service or goods found on these web pages.
Customer agrees and confirms that Volim Ljuto j.d.o.o. is not responsible for any inappropriate or illegal behavior of other users or third parties and that risk or eventual damages fall on user alone. This statement includes any damages caused by error, deletion, interruption, computer virus, failure, delay, theft, destruction, illegal access, change or misuse of data, inappropriate behavior of any other doing.
User is responsible for his password security that he / she created while using these web pages. Volim Ljuto j.d.o.o. keeps the right to change or abolish any of these terms and conditions if it seems appropriate. We advise customers to periodically read these terms and conditions.
Customers cannot publish, transmit or make available any data which is inappropriate, illegal or copyrighted.
Content of website www.VolimLjuto.com is owned by company Volim Ljuto j.d.o.o. and as such is protected by the law or are used according to copyright owner. It is forbidden to copy any of the website contents without prior agreement with Volim Ljuto j.d.o.o. Volim Ljuto j.d.o.o. can abolish relationship with customer anytime if it it decides his / hers behavior it unacceptable.
In case any that any of the clauses from these conditions become invalid it does not affect all other terms and conditions mentioned here. Invalid clause will be replaced by new and valid. Any request that comes from these terms and conditions will be resolved by agreement and if that is not possible, matter will go to court of law.
