How much does it take for order to be delivered?
It depends on you destination but for most of the EU packages are delivered within a one week.
I did not get confirmation of my order. Have you received my order?
In case you did not receive order confirmation e-mail after making order please check your SPAM folder. If e-mail is not there please contact us to check on your order.
What if I'm not home when the package arrives?
It depends on the delivery service in your county. They could call you and arrange additional delivery attempt or they could leave the package in package depot or kiosk for you to collect.
My package contents are broken, what can I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot ensure that package will not be broken by delivery service but we can compensate you for the broken items.
Follow these instructions in case you get broken items in your order:
If damage is not visible from outside without opening the package please make 3 photos of the package:
1. Outer package picture.
2. Inner package and fill picture.
3. Picture of damaged / destroyed items.
Photos should be sent to email address reklamacije@volimljuto.com along with description of the damage in 48 hours after delivery and we will compensate you for destroyed items.
Have you received my payment?
All Paypal payments are visible right after the payment.
Is it possible to pay on delivery?
That payment method is only available for shipments in Croatia.
Can I order the delivery for precise date and hour?
No, delivery service will contact you with details about time frame of the delivery
